2. Description of Services

BrokerBuz provides a suite of tools for real estate brokers, including custom website builders, property management, lead pipelines, and CRM functionalities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

When using BrokerBuz, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or compromise platform security.
• Spam, harass, or mislead leads or other users.
• Attempt to reverse engineer any part of the platform.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any data, listings, or content you submit ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it to provide the Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to your User Content.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the BrokerBuz platform, including its software, designs, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content), belong exclusively to Kiran Infosoft.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Our Services may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, SMS gateways). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their availability, security, or data practices.

9. Data Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and the data of your leads.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrokerBuz and Kiran Infosoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we may delete your User Content.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the platform. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
